By accessing ScriptBazar Marketplace, creating an account or downloading a product, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unauthorized distribution may be restricted.

Digital products and licences

Products are supplied as digital downloads. Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it. Reselling, redistributing or presenting the source files as your own is prohibited.

Free downloads

Free products remain subject to download limits and their stated licence. Attempts to bypass limits or automate excessive downloads may result in access being blocked.

Payments, wallet and delivery

Paid access is added after successful payment confirmation. Wallet credit is usable only within this marketplace and is not cash unless required by applicable law. Please contact support if payment succeeds but delivery is delayed.

Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not available after download. A refund or replacement may be considered when a purchased file is materially defective and support cannot resolve the issue.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep listings and downloads available but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every product will meet every use case. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
